DAY 1: DELHI

Your journey will begin in India’s capital, Delhi, where you will visit significant landmarks of the city:

  • Jama Masjid: The largest mosque in India, with a majestic atmosphere and stunning views from its lofty minarets.
  • Red Fort (Lal Qila): A symbol of the might of the Mughal Empire amidst Delhi’s historical monuments.
  • Raj Ghat: A spiritual memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, with a platform of black marble and an eternal flame, on the banks of the Yamuna River.
  • India Gate: A majestic arch built in memory of soldiers who died in World War I, surrounded by beautiful gardens.
  • Gurudwara Bangla Sahib: A sacred Sikh shrine in Delhi, known for its beautiful architecture and spiritual ambiance.
  • Qutub Minar: A complex of religious structures dating back to the beginning of Islamic rule in India in the 12th century.
  • Chandni Chowk: Delhi’s oldest and most picturesque street, where a rickshaw ride will immerse you in the atmosphere of traditional Indian life, and you can explore various markets and shops.
DAY 1: DELHI

  • Taj Mahal: A magnificent monument of love, representing not only architectural grandeur but also rich history and symbolism. You will learn about the creation of this masterpiece and soak in its unique romantic atmosphere.
Note: Taj Mahal is closed for visitors on Fridays.

  • Agra Fort: A grand fortress with palaces that narrate the military history and events left their marks on the stone of this majestic structure.
  • Little Taj Mahal: A lesser-known small mausoleum, also called the Jewel Box of history, fascinating with its charm and historical significance.
After the tour, we will return to Delhi for overnight stay.
DAY 2: AGRA

A bustling metropolis on the western coast, renowned for its skyscrapers, vibrant streets, and diverse culture.

Here, you will visit:

  • Elephanta Caves: A cave temple complex on Elephanta Island. Carved by monks between the 5th and 8th centuries and dedicated to Lord Shiva, it is an important archaeological and cultural heritage of India.
  • Gateway of India: A triumphal basalt arch on the Mumbai waterfront at Apollo Bunder, symbolizing the meeting of the past and present.
  • Bollywood Studio: A famous film studio where you will experience the atmosphere of Indian cinema and possibly meet Bollywood stars.
  • Prince of Wales Museum: A multi-building museum complex housing a collection of India’s cultural heritage from the 20th century: paintings, photographs, jewelry, handicrafts, and personal items of the Prince of Wales. The building combines elements of British royal residence architecture and Indian style.
  • Juhu Beach: One of the most famous and popular beaches in Mumbai, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and unique local cuisine.
  • Mahalakshmi Temple: A Hindu sanctuary dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity, popular among tourists and pilgrims from all over the world.
DAY 3-4: MUMBAI
