Delhi-Jaipur-Agra-Orchha-Khajuraho-Varanasi

The first day in Delhi will immerse you in the atmosphere of India’s history and grandeur.

We will visit the largest Indian mosque, Jama Masjid, offering breathtaking views of the city from its lofty minarets.

The red walls of Lal Qila Fort will narrate the might of the Mughal dynasty from the 17th century.

You will see Raj Ghat, the site of Mahatma Gandhi’s first memorial, where black marble and an eternal flame honor the memory of the great spiritual leader.

Next, we will explore the India Gate, a memorial arch built to commemorate those who died in World War I, surrounded by a beautiful park.

To conclude the day, we will visit Qutub Minar, the world’s tallest brick minaret, and take a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, the oldest street in Old Delhi, where you can enjoy traditional Indian life.

The next two days will be spent in Jaipur, also known as the Pink City, where you will visit Galta Ji or the Monkey Temple surrounded by hills.

A visit to Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds will reveal a unique structure used for observing the city life.

The City Palace, a former residence of the Maharajas, will acquaint you with the history of Rajasthan’s art and architecture.

The beautifully preserved Amber Fort will immerse you in the atmosphere of the royal capital of bygone times.

Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory from the 18th century, will showcase astonishing astronomical instruments.

Exploring the city will also allow you to admire its beautiful architecture and vibrant markets offering local crafts and jewelry.

You will encounter the exquisite beauty and heritage of the great Mughal Empire.

The world-famous symbol of India, Taj Mahal, will awe you with its architectural harmony and tell the captivating love story of Emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved Mumtaz Mahal.

Note: Taj Mahal is closed for visitors on Fridays.

Agra Fort will provide a panoramic view of the city and narrate tales of the Mughal era’s power and military prowess. Its walls resonate with grandeur and memories of glorious times.

In addition to these historical treasures, you will discover the Baby Taj, a gem of Mughal architecture.

On the fifth day, you will visit the ancient city of Orchha, renowned for its palaces and Hindu temples from the 16th to 18th centuries.

One of the main attractions is Raj Mahal, a palace adorned with paintings depicting Hindu mythology, and the Jahangir Mahal, a palace of the Mughal period.

Strolling through the ancient streets of this city will immerse you in its historical atmosphere.

Khajuraho, a UNESCO World Heritage site, was the medieval capital of the Chandela dynasty (the 9th-13th centuries) in Central India. Here, a group of ancient temples showcases exquisite details and elegant wall carvings.

Khajuraho is also famous for its frescoes, including depictions from the Kama Sutra, adorning the walls of several temples. This unique feature adds an additional dimension to the city, enriching its cultural heritage and attracting those interested in Indian aesthetics.

The ancient and sacred city of Varanasi, situated on the banks of the river Ganges, embodies the traditions and rich culture of India. You will spend your days in this mystical place, where every street breathes spirituality.

At dawn, you will head to the banks of the Ganges to witness the morning rituals. You can observe people heading to the river for sacred baths and setting prayer candles afloat on the water. This breathtaking spectacle is filled with spiritual energy.

You will visit numerous temples and places of worship, such as Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Sankat Mochan Temple, where you will experience the mystical atmosphere of the sacred city.

Strolling through the narrow lanes of Varanasi, you will enjoy the unique local life and discover numerous shops selling religious souvenirs, handicrafts, and traditional clothing.
